In 2000, Maurizio started Brindiamo Catering and custom designed a 40-foot, state-of-the-art commercial mobile kitchen. Ever since, Maurizio and his staff have offered unlimited possibilities for menu selection, delivering freshly prepared, restaurant-quality food to clients at the location of their choice.
